01 General Terms

Nbaee is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between nbaee and its users, effective from the moment you access our platform.

Nbaee's Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. We may update these terms from time to time, and all changes take effect immediately upon publication.

02 Account Registration

• Each individual may hold only one account — opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be genuine and belong to you personally.
• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long and should include a combination of numbers, uppercase, and lowercase letters.
• You must notify nbaee immediately if any of your account details change.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

Under nbaee's Terms & Conditions, you are fully responsible for all activity on your account. Always remember to log out and never access your account on a public device.

03 Age Verification & KYC

The minimum age to play or bet on nbaee is 18. Anyone who uses our platform while under the age of 18 is in violation of these Terms & Conditions, and their account will be terminated immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory process at nbaee. Before making a withdrawal, every user must submit the following documents:

• Scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or Passport.
• A recent selfie clearly showing your identity document.
• Mobile banking account details must match the registered name.
• Proof of address if required (utility bill or bank statement).

04 Deposits & Payments

Depositing at nbaee is simple and secure. We support all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT.
• Please deposit only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and may be treated as money laundering.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, the balance will be credited to your account instantly.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful for any reason, please contact support within 2 hours.

Nbaee does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply transaction charges in some cases, which will be your responsibility.

05 Withdrawal Policy

Under nbaee's Terms & Conditions, the withdrawal process is secure and transparent. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Withdrawal terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies. VIP members are entitled to a higher limit.
• Nbaee reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Nbaee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated at the time of claiming. General bonus terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• To withdraw from a bonus, you are generally required to complete 10–30x wagering.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

07 Gaming Rules

Every game available on nbaee is supplied by internationally accredited software providers and operates using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All game outcomes are completely random and not predetermined.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be determined based on the last state saved on the server.
• Any disputes regarding game results must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is displayed in the game lobby.

Nbaee does not interfere with game outcomes. All games on our platform are conducted fairly and transparently, and are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

08 Prohibited Activities

Any activity that conflicts with nbaee's Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions may result in permanent account termination and balance forfeiture:

10 Account Termination

• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

11 Limitation of Liability
